How we get there
Three orbits, one star.
We combine technologies that already work with those that are just getting started. We borrowed the word “stellar” from the book Stellar: A world beyond limits. No single orbit is enough on its own.
Connected systems
House, fence, car and battery speak the same language. Energy is produced where it is used.
Innovation
Those already in use and those still emerging. We test them on our own projects.
The N8 star system
Six brands. Shared gravity.
The inner orbit carries the N8 name and a shared DNA. The outer orbit holds brands under one roof: their own path, one direction. The system turns to each of them in turn.

Housing that makes sense.
Some places lack housing while, a street away, houses fall into disrepair. That’s why most of our projects don’t take up new land: we turn unused buildings into homes for up to three families. When we do build new, we build homes without energy bills.

Bright Fence
A fence that generates electricity.
For a long time, a fence was just a passive boundary. Our modular solar fence generates energy right by the house. Most of it in the morning and evening, when the household needs it, and around noon in winter, when the sun is low and shines straight at the fence.
